We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try Glyra with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items.

However, if your order is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll put things right.

For unopened items, returns may be accepted at our discretion. If approved, items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds
