How subscriptions work
When you subscribe, you will receive:
- Automatic recurring deliveries
- Billing based on your selected frequency
- Discounted pricing vs one-time purchase
Billing
- Your payment method will be charged automatically
- Billing occurs at the start of each cycle
- Prices are clearly displayed before purchase
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account portal.
You can:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a delivery
- Change your delivery date
- Update your address
- Cancel your subscription
Changes & cancellations
- You can cancel anytime
- Changes must be made before your next billing date
- If a charge has already been processed, it cannot be reversed
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry the payment
- Your order may be delayed or cancelled
Subscription discounts
- Discounts apply only while the subscription remains active
- If you cancel and re-subscribe, pricing may change
Product availability
In rare cases, we may:
- Delay shipments
- Substitute or pause orders
We will always notify you if this happens.
Refunds on subscriptions
- Refunds are handled under our Returns & Guarantee policy
- Subscription charges already processed are generally non-refundable
Fair use
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if:
- We suspect misuse
- There is excessive refund activity
- There is abuse of promotional offers
